When you register, we collect your email address, business name, and CVR number(s). If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
Your email is used to send login links, account verification, and (for Pro accounts) score-change alerts. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Azure Communication Services for email delivery).
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when providing the service, and on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for transactional emails and for understanding website traffic and performance via analytics. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at info@smilrhq.dk to exercise these rights.
Smilr sets one strictly necessary session cookie (.AspNetCore.Session, expires after 30 days
of inactivity) to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. It does not use cookies or similar client-side storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors, so no cookie consent is required for it under the Danish Cookie Executive Order. Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU/EEA; transfers are covered by Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback).
