1. Acceptance

By registering for or using Smilr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Smilr provides access to Danish food inspection data sourced from Fødevarestyrelsen, including embeddable badges, email alerts, and a developer API. The data is refreshed daily but we make no guarantee of real-time accuracy.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Smilr for lawful purposes only. You may not abuse, scrape, or resell the service, or use it in any way that disrupts other users.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Limitation of liability

Smilr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
